Seasonal Workshops
At least once every few months, we host a seasonal workshop for you to deepen your experience with yourself and each other. This is a full day of wellness and goodness where we hold space for our participants to simply be and breathe away from the grind of daily life.
Throughout these workshops, you’ll have many options and opportunities including practicing all-levels yoga, meditation, guided journaling, art therapy and blending essential oils. We delight in curating delicious, nourishing meals for these gatherings and always leave time to get out for a walk or simply be still and reflect.
